Luther Johnson

Business and Finance Executive

As a business and finance scholar, Luther passionately helps people with their financial literacy.  His years of designing software in the banking industry has taught him that one of the greatest problems facing our nation is our poor understanding of 'group economics' and 'personal finance'.  Luther offers a variety of solutions that can help Americans meet their insurance and financial needs including but not limited to investment strategies, retirement strategies, and lifetime income strategies.

 

Luther also has a thorough knowledge of the music production and distribution process. He has an in-depth understanding of marketing and promotion procedures common in the jazz music industry.  He is an experienced concert promoter and business/road manager.

Pam Marlow

Finance Executive

Cleveland native, Pam Strong-Marlow is an accomplished Finance Executive with 25+ years of leadership experience overseeing global/regional financials, business strategy and operations.  Currently, she is a member of the senior leadership finance team at Novelis, Inc, a $12 Billion private company, managing the global financial consolidation process as well as strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting.

In past roles, Pam worked for Top Tier Fortune 500 Companies in finance and controllership roles.  She spent 2 years with Arconic, Inc (Alcoa Corporation), 13 years with BASF Corporation in various roles with increasing responsibilities where she traveled throughout Europe improving profitability for two major divisions Construction Chemicals and Global Mobile Emissions Catalysts in Ohio and New Jersey respectively, 1 year with PolyOne Corporation and 7 years with Northrop Grumman (TRW, Inc).

Throughout her career Pam has been honored with special recognition and awards for her high performance.  Pam holds an MBA from Case Western University, Weatherhead School of Business with a major in Finance and minor in International Business.  Also, she holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Miami University with a  major in Accounting.  She spent 3 years at BP Oil Company (Standard Oil) as an Accounting Intern during summers breaks.

Pam resides in Woodstock, GA with her husband David.  She is an avid reader and enjoys staying fit by doing Pilates and Yoga.  She volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and Ronald McDonald House Charities in Atlanta, Georgia.

Jerald King

The Jefferson Effect Consulting Firm

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Jerald King has spent the majority of his life helping others. He has traveled the United States training (AT&T), upholding the position of CWA Union President, and participating in numerous events/activities. Jerald says that he has “Customer Service in his DNA.” From owning a mom-and-pop grocery store to managing employees, Jerald has always focused on establishing strong relationships with his customers (internal and external). Jerald prides himself on building strong team by building strong relationships. 

Jerald has worked for large corporations like AT&T, Ameritech SBC, Kaiser Permanente, and Sedgwick. He also has served on the board of directors for media/entertainment, mentoring, and community development programs. Currently he enjoys his time as Deacon King at his local church, serving of the Board of Directors for multiple organizations, and building strong teams at his current place of employment.

Kevin Shine

CEO of Writing Sessions America

Chicago native Kevin Shine is a visionary, entrepreneur, music industry executive/consultant, and a former professor of music studies at the prestigious Columbia College in Chicago, Illinois, where 70% of the business students obtained employment or internships in the music industry. Kevin has an extensive background in artist development. His roots began as an A&R consultant for Senior Vice President Wayne Williams at Jive Records. In 2012, he joined Arrow Records, Universal as the executive head of A&R. He has combined his passion, connections, and record for success to create WSA.
